Leadership professional, strategist & thought leader.
Philosophy
Jordan believes the best leaders build people first. His leadership philosophy is inspired by Ted Lasso—not because leadership is always lighthearted, but because the greatest results come from leading with authenticity, empathy, curiosity, and unwavering belief in others. He strives to create environments where people feel valued, trusted, and empowered to do their best work. He believes accountability and high expectations can coexist with kindness, humility, and a genuine investment in people's growth. Whether leading teams, volunteers, partners, or communities, his goal is to foster a culture where collaboration thrives, individuals are encouraged to take ownership, and everyone feels they belong. At the end of the day, Jordan measures success not only by the outcomes achieved, but by the people developed, the relationships built, and the positive impact left behind.
